I have always been a slacker when it comes to going to an actual gym, for many different reasons. The looks I would get for attempting to find my max limit and go back and work up to that level. The better one is due to many medical reasons i cannot do some exercises like alot of other patrons, so i like the idea of building a "hone office gym". Which this is great for i open the book find a color i want to work with strap on the wrist bars and door slider n Voila! Watch a movie and workout, or have dinner in the oven and work out a few minutes. Best was when i was out at the local pet shop for my sister and most of the employees were busy i assisted and older lady get this huge bag into her cart. She was shocked i could handle it, which i owe to this set. It has helped me work back the elasticity and decent amount of timing needed for basic tasks. I can not wait for my next package to arrive with other new additions to my starter home office gym.
