My closest confidant and best friend in the whole world aka my sister is again about to go through one of the worst times in her life.. She again is going through a battle with cancer. This time its Breast Cancer.... She had Thyroid prior, which was no walk in the park either. But now times are really rough and sure we have all pinched pennies best we can, but it's still sadly not enough and have to make headway now, before the next step arrises....
